Terms for using Ceptor Labs and Ceptor ID.

Your Ceptor ID

• Give accurate information and keep your email address current, since sign-in codes are sent there.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
• One person per account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your local law requires it.

Signing in to products

Ceptor ID lets you sign in to Ceptor Labs products. Each product may have its own terms and policies, which apply to your use of that product. You decide what each product receives on the consent screen and can revoke access from your account page at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Break the law or infringe other people's rights through the website or Ceptor ID.
• Try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or get around security, rate limits or the consent screen.
• Disrupt the service, for example by overloading it or distributing malware.
• Create accounts automatically or in bulk, or impersonate someone else.

Security research

Good-faith security research that follows the guidelines on our security page is welcome and is not a breach of these terms.

Suspension and closing your account

You can ask us to delete your Ceptor ID at any time through the contact page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

Our content

The website, Ceptor ID, the Ceptor SDK and the Ceptor Labs name and logos belong to Ceptor Labs. Using them does not give you ownership of them.

No warranty

We work to keep the website and Ceptor ID available and secure, but they are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Some products are early-stage and may change or stop.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ceptor Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the website or Ceptor ID. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
